Photoshop Actions!

Tuesday, October 21, 2008

I love photoshop actions! They can make a mediocre photo really pop quite easily and quickly. Yesterday Smashing Magazine published and article called, "The Ultimate Collection Of Useful Photoshop Actions" and I had a chance to sit down and play with some of them!

I've taken one of my photos and used 5 different actions, all available for download below. Many of these actions come as part of a set with a whole bunch of variations.

Download These Actions
1. This is the original photo
2. Cross-Processing ATN by ~mutato-nomine
3. Lomo by Addicted to Design
4. Old Photo Effect Action by ~NamfloW
5. Vintage by Aly Camacho
6. Polaroid by rawimage

These are a lot of fun to play with! If you aren't sure how to use them drop me an email and I will do my best to help you out!
